Elevate is a program designed for teens ages sixteen to nineteen who are disengaged or at risk.
Elevate is designed to help them achieve success through:
- Supportive peer relationships
- Mentorships
- Learning 21st century skills
- Building life skills
- Workforce development
- Developing a vision for the future
Students get to experience a variety of workplace environments, learn about, and engage in prospective careers, and gain inspiration for the future.
Participants receive a free Y membership, along with various other resources, and once accepted to the program, must attend sessions weekly throughout the year.
