Build Skills and Confidence Through Play
At the Silver Falls Family YMCA, sports are about teamwork, friendship, and growth. We offer youth and adult programs that build confidence through practice and play. From basketball and volleyball to soccer and pickleball, our sports encourage healthy habits and positive competition in a supportive community. Everyone is welcome — no matter your skill level or experience.

Sports for All Ages
The Y’s sports programs at Silver Falls bring families together while promoting fitness, confidence, and community. Kids learn the value of teamwork and perseverance, while adults enjoy the chance to stay active and connected.
Programs Offered

We offer a variety of programs throughout the year — including youth basketball, volleyball, soccer, and pickleball open play. Our leagues and clinics emphasize skill development and sportsmanship, not just the scoreboard. Coaches and volunteers model respect and teamwork so every participant leaves stronger in body, mind, and spirit.
