Capitol Room
Step into the Capitol Room – a stunning, light-filled event space perfect for everything from impactful conferences to unforgettable celebrations. 

 

Square Footage & Setup Capacity
With 1,737 square feet of versatile space, the Capitol Room comfortably accommodates up to 120 guests and sets the stage for memorable moments.
  • Seated Round tables up to 90 ppl, Theater & Reception up to 120
  • Ideal dimensions for Conference-style, Hollow-square and U-shape
  • Wet-bar, three walls of windows, patio access, semi-private foyer
What's Included?
With your rental of the Capitol Room, you have access to the semi-private Capitol Foyer and utilization of Rooftop Patio through our wonderful double-doors transforming the space into indoor/outdoor.
Note, members continue to have access to rooftop and track for all events. If you’re interested in reserving the entire rooftop, please contact us. Availability may be affected by timing and other scheduled events. Additional fees will also apply.
Standard Pricing
$200/hour + $75 Facility Fee [covers event setup, AV/tech support, standard post-event cleaning, and operational coordination].

With 7,096 square feet of unobstructed space, the Salem Withnell Family YMCA Gym is ready to accommodate sports, community events, expos and more, for up to 450 guests. Whatever your vision, this dynamic venue delivers the room and flexibility to make it happen.

  • 1 Regulation Basketball Court + Benches
  • 3 Regulation Pickleball Courts + Benches
  • 1 Regulation Volleyball Court + Referee Stand + Benches
  • 2 Regulation Volleyball Courts + Referee Stands + Curtain + Benches
  • 2 Amateur Basketball Courts + Curtain (Benches to not fit with this configuration)
Standard Pricing
$250/hour + $75 Facility Fee covers event setup, AV/tech support, standard post-event cleaning, and operational coordination.
If Gymnasium requires installation of floor covering, at venue's request, rental will increase to $300/HR and include a $250 installation fee.

Pool Parties at the Y
Private Pool, Perfect Vibes. Your Oasis Awaits! 
 
Square Footage & Setup Capacity
Join us for your next pool party, team-building or training session in our top-of-the-art 5,286 square foot Natatorium. Pool is ADA accessible and lifeguard monitored for up to 50 swimmers.
The pool is 25 yards long, 4 lanes across and typically kept between 84° and 86°.
What's Included?
Rental includes private use of pool and universal changing rooms, as well as lifeguard/s, and meeting space in our semi-private The Square cafe (see photos below).
If you’re interested in reserving the pool during open hours, please note that availability may be affected by timing and other scheduled events. An additional fee will also apply.
