*At the Y, we know the healthiest drink during exercise is water. Avoiding sugary foods, such as cookies and cupcakes, and eating healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables is also a great way to encourage healthy living in our children. To encourage healthy habits in our youth sports, we offer a $5 discount to anyone willing to pledge to only bring water and healthy snacks to practices and games. This discount is already reflected in the advertised prices of our programs.
