At the YMCA of Marion & Polk Counties, we collect requests for prayers or personal consultation through the form below. Requests that are submitted are gathered by our Community Outreach Chaplain, who reviews each and every request.

Our Chaplain calls or emails those who wish to be contacted. We welcome anyone who wishes to contact us.
