Get Motivated!

Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities! Go at your own pace, and ask your instructor for modifications to fit your needs. Classes are FREE with your membership, and there’s no pre-registration required. Just drop in!

  • Body Fit – A low-impact class designed to provide a well-rounded fitness workout for all ages and fitness levels. Body Fit utilizes weights while including movement and stretching to improve cardiovascular and muscle strength as well as flexibility.
  • Body Flex – Using traditional weight training techniques set to music, this class enables you to achieve extra muscle tone to help re-shape your body, increase strength, flexibility, endurance and bone density.
  • Boot Camp – Wake up that body and break out of your routine in this intense small-group training class. Designed to get you out of that comfort zone and push you a bit further than you could go in the gym alone.
  • Body Shock! – This class will incorporate cardiovascular and strength training for the first half and then core strength through yoga, pilates and relaxation to balance out a full body workout.
  • Cardio Kickboxing – This class combines the elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide physical conditioning and toning. Classes are choreographed in rounds, giving you a chance to improve your form and work on intensity.
  • Circuit Training – A fast paced full body workout! Be ready to move from one exercise to the next – you may start with lifting weight on circuit equipment and then shift to quick bursts of cardio. Bring a towel, you’ll need it!
  • Core Alignment – Focusing on core stability, postural alignment, stretching and strengthening, this class is designed to improve structural and mechanical function, returning the body to an efficient functioning position.
  • Cycling – A 45 minute-55 minute moderate to high-intensity non-impact cardiovascular workout using road cycle techniques and philosophies on specially designed bikes. Please show up early for seat adjustments and instruction. A towel and water are a must!
  • Enhance Fitness – Exercises focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility which can help reduce arthritis symptoms. A certified instructor leads classes at a pace that works for each participant. Classes are held in a relaxed atmosphere that promotes fun, laughter, friendship and smiles.
  • Family Zumba – Our popular Latin dance aerobics class is now offered for the whole family! Parents or guardians and their kids ages 2 and up are welcome. A great way to spend family time together and have fun exercising. 
  • Flow Yoga – Learn the graceful, peaceful Vinyasa style (flow) poses in this class. Attention to detail and the meditative flow can allow the joints and muscles to release tension and create a state of deep relaxation.
  • Interval Step – A 60 minute class that has it all: step aerobics and sport drills for cardiovascular conditioning, lower and upper body sculpting, weights and resistance bands. The class also frequently features abdominal work and stretching.
  • Kickboxing – This class includes all the great moves in cardio kickboxing plus it has a high intensity anaerobic segment. Classes are choreographed in rounds giving you a chance to improve your form and work on intensity.
  • Low Impact Aerobics – Movements involve large muscle groups used in a continuous rhythmic activity in which at least one foot is in contact with the floor at all times.
  • Pilates – Focusing on core stability and postural alignment, Pilates offers exercises to improve strength and mobility. Pilates may be used for corrective and preventative postural purposes in today’s hectic lifestyle.
  • Step Aerobics – A fun high energy class that uses varied choreography on the step bench to rev you up and make you sweat! May be challenging to the beginner, but don’t be daunted. Allow yourself two or three weeks to learn the steps.
  • Step and Sculpt – Step aerobics with a segment of lower and upper body sculpting with tubing and dumbells.
  • Step Combo – A 75 minute class that offers some of everything: high or low impact moves on the floor, a variety of choreography moves on the step bench, lower and upper body sculpting, weights and resistance bands. This class also includes floor work for those hard to tone areas and abdominal exercises to finish.
  • Tummy, Tush & Thighs – This 30 minute class takes you through three 10 minute segments targeting abdominals, glutes, and thighs.
  • Yoga Foundation – An alignment based class that incorporates breathing into each asana (posture). It’s a great way to wake up and get your day started! Appropriate for beginners and all ages and skill levels.
  • Y- Power – This free weights based strength program engages all of your major muscle groups. With simple athletic movements such as squats, presses and curls, this class is adaptable for all ages and fitness levels.
  • Zumba! – It’s all the rage! Get in shape and have fun in this class featuring Latin music and moves set to an international beat. It’s so much fun you won’t even realize you’re exercising.

  • Arthritis Water Exercise – Class focus is on range of motion, strength, flexibility and toning while protecting the joints.
  • Aqua Fitness – A moderate to high intensity workout set to music and includes fitness components and deep water exercises.
  • Aquasize – This class is a high energy, fast-paced class that will wake you up and get you moving! With a mix of aerobics and strength training, aquasize can be adjusted for anyone of any age or ability!
  • Senior Water Exercise – A low intensity, gentle, fun and safe way to stay active in the water. Created especially for the older adults and other individuals rehabilitating from injuries.
  • Stretch & Tone – Great for people who need a gentle workout (such as those recovering from surgery, struggling with arthritis, or just getting back to exercising). There are small bouts of aerobics to get the heart rate up and we focus on balance and strengthening of muscles and joints.
  • Swim Conditioning – This class is geared toward those who want to refine their strokes through stroke analysis, drills and conditioning.
  • Water Walking – A low to moderate intensity program to help strengthen, tone and build endurance. This class is great for individuals rehabilitating from injuries.

At the Y, a personal trainer is a coach, motivator, educator and inspirational leader. A personal trainer will help determine your goals and design a program specific to your needs. Personal trainers are knowledgeable on a variety of topics and training patterns, allowing plenty of fun creativity and progress.

Y-F.I.T. / TRX Suspension Training

Y-F.I.T. Classes

Y-F.I.T. (Fitness Interval Training) classes are 6-week, small group training sessions using high intensity intervals in a circuit format. Functional training exercises strengthen both upper and lower body while emphasizing core stability. This class will help you build endurance, gain strength, and improve your overall health and fitness level.

TRX Suspension Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add to decrease resistance.

OPTION I

Employer Coordinates payments for Employee Memberships:

The employer pays for the employee memberships and they may collect a portion, or all of the payment from the employee, but the employer submits all payments to the Y.

Employer Pays a Portion of Employee Memberships:

The Employer pays the Y for a portion of employee membership and the employees pays the balance.

OPTION III

Employee Pays for Membership. Employer May or May Not, Reimburse Employees for All or a Portion of Membership.

The employee pays the Y for their membership. The employer may or may not choose to reimburse the employee for all or a portion of the membership for the employee and /or their family.
