In mid-September, the popular Y-F.I.T. (Fitness Interval Training) classes will return as well as an additional TRX Training class being added to the schedule.
The six-week sessions meet two times per week with the cost being $60.00 for members and $96.00 for non-members. There is a drop-in rate on the day of class of $5.00 per person depending on space availability.
The one-hour Y-F.I.T. classes will meet on Tuesdays & Thursdays beginning on September 12 until October 19 at 5:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:30 PM, and 5:30 PM. There is an option to add a third session each week on either Saturdays at 9:30 AM or Sundays at 1:30 PM.
The TRX Trainings will be offered on Wednesdays and Fridays from September 13 until October 20 with the one-hour class being held starting at 5:30 PM each evening.
